In my 8+ years of professional journey, I have always loved being into Content writing and marketing side. I have extensively worked on writing content pieces for new and emerging technologies. I have written more than 300 articles on topics like AI, Machine learning, Data Science, IoT and Robotics. Fortunately, in 2020, I got an opportunity to work as a Conversation Designer and since then I have loved designing chatbots and virtual assistants. I am now a Certified Conversation Designer and I love exploring tech and look forward to immensely growing in the Conversational AI space!
