I’m originally from India, Mumbai and will forever talk about the superiority of living in the city of dreams.
I am always curious to learn about new things in tech and innovation. Most recently the world full of chatbots and conversational AI has caught my attention. My passion to design for bots has allowed me to push myself to the limits of achieving success in every nuance of Conversation design, creativity and customer experience.
I started my career with Marketing and Content Writing, especially for emerging technologies. Then I moved on to designing user experience journeys for Chatbots, Voice and Intelligent Virtual Assistants. I have exceptional design writing and editing skills and a proven ability to author supportive and engaging flows for conversational AI and voice channels, using conversational design best practices. I love to collaborate with my project stakeholders and tech team to come up with new ideas which can improve the user experience 10x times. I have worked with some high-profile clients for ~50 projects from different industries. I am also familiar with API schema and integrating attributes into conversations. I can collaborate on data structure and requirements with engineers who own the data and are building the APIs. I have designed and implemented successful strategies for AI-enabled intelligent virtual assistants.
